Policies and Shipping

 

G & M Ventures LLC is committed to its customers and will always do its best to ensure high-quality shipping transactions.  We do not ship our inflatable boats, inflatable kayaks or pontoon boats outside the United States except to Alaska and Hawaii*.

Delivery times and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next.  Our merchandise is shipped via Ground Service WITHIN THREE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS of order placement.  *If an item is to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. We may require Express Air delivery services only.

SHIPPING RATES

FREE SHIPPING is valid only for boat, kayak and pontoon boat deliveries inside the 48 contiguous United States.  Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated separately via contacting us first by sending your inquiry to http://sales@primoinflatableboats.com.  For FASTER shipping, please request as needed and we will provide appropriate quotes to any order being placed, not to include USPS Express or Priority Mail.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND WARRANTY COVERAGE

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY G & M VENTURES LLC.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 36 hours of package delivery.  Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. No Exceptions.  If your order is damaged in transit, all claims will result in a Call Tag Merchandise Pickup arranged by contacting us.

All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: we will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end user for shipment back to our warehouse.  Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether the order was either mis-shipped or if the product was defective.  We are responsible for return shipping costs if the return claim qualifies for product replacement.  However, if the order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, the end user (customer) is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by G & M Ventures LLC and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end customer.  If non-defective merchandise received by our warehouse does not qualify for replacement, the end user is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs.

CLAIMS FILED AFTER 36 HOURS

All return merchandise claims filed after 36 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue.  End users are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective.  Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage.  If merchandise is found to be defectve, G & M Ventures LLC will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.

G & M Ventures LLC stands by the quality of our Sea Eagle products.  We will work with our customers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.   Please note, we may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product. G & M Ventures LLC reserves the right to require this information only as needed.
