The Sea Eagle 340X Kayaks are a high performance boat made to handle up to class IV whitewater or open-water wilderness touring. Its hull is constructed of supper tough 1000 denier polyester-supported high-pressure fabric and the seams are quadruple-thickness electronically welded so these kayaks can handle higher inflation pressures that are required to float the toughest of whitewater rivers. These kayaks are equiped with drain valves that when opened the kayak will self bail in the roughest of whitewater conditions, yet when closed during non whitewater conditions you and your cargo will stay dry. The 340X kayak has a double floor, the outer floor is made of supper tough 1000 denier fabric to with stand the pounding of whitewater and rocks, the separate inner inflatable floor is lashed to the top of the outer floor. Two shock-absorbing inflatable seats ( or optional high-back seats) are held solidly in place with nylon webbing that clips to six integrated D-rings.
